How should I store my Virtue Cider?

To maintain the highest quality and flavor profile, we recommend storing your cider in a cool, dark place and refrigerating it before serving. Proper refrigeration helps preserve the delicate fruit notes.

Are your ciders gluten-free?

Yes, all Virtue Cider products are naturally gluten-free. We use 100% pressed apples and do not use any ingredients containing gluten in our fermentation process.

What is your return policy for damaged goods?

If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging for a full replacement or refund.

Is an ID required for delivery?

Yes, per federal law, an adult signature (21+) with a valid government-issued ID is required at the time of delivery for all cider shipments.

Do you use artificial sweeteners or concentrates?

Never. We pride ourselves on using real Michigan apples, traditional barrel-aging techniques, and no artificial sweeteners or apple juice concentrates.
